Richard A. Ryles was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he graduated from North Shore High School. After graduating from San Jose State University in California, Attorney Ryles went on to Howard University School of Law, earning his law degree in 1990.
Immediately upon graduation, Attorney Ryles returned to Palm Beach County to begin a law and public service career. His accomplishments during his 30-year legal career are numerous. He has won more than $50 million on behalf of his clients, acting as a fierce advocate for the injured.
In addition to his legal accomplishments, Attorney Ryles has been politically involved in his community. He is the current President of the Democratic Black Caucus of Palm Beach County and former President of the F. Malcolm Cunningham Sr. Bar Association. Further, Attorney Ryles has served as Chairman of the City of West Palm Beach Housing Authority and West Palm Beach City Commissioner for District 3.
